SURFACE CLEAN
The de-tackification of raised access floor (RAF) tiles is a specialist service, which supports the environmentally-friendly practice of recycling existing RAF tiles by removing carpet tackifier. This is an eco-friendly alternative to removing, disposing of and replacing an existing specialist flooring system with a brand new raised access floor tiles.
Following the removal of any floor finishes, we do this by:
- using our tried-and tested products, methods and process to remove all residual carpet tackifier
- this reveals clean and shiny raised access floor tiles
- once complete, the finish on the restored raised access floor tiles is client ready for a Cat-A handover, or clear and smooth, ready for a new floor finish on a Cat-B fit out.
SPARKLE CLEAN
Sparkle cleans take place after an initial builders clean. It wipes away any airborne dust that has resettled and removes any mess made by other trades completing their snag list or any finishing touches.
Our final professional clean leaves your project sparkling, ready for a successful handover and client occupation.
During the Sparkle Clean we re-clean all required areas, surfaces, finishes, fixtures and fittings, using whatever processes are required. This may include:
- Dusting
- Wiping
- Spraying
- Scrubbing
- Scraping
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
WELFARE CLEAN
Welfare cleaning supports an active building site in maintaining clean and hygienic welfare and site office facilities, and a health and safety compliant workspace for all site operatives, site management and visitors.
Welfare Cleaning can include the cleaning of:
- site canteen facilities
- changing rooms and areas
- toilets, bathrooms and showers
- office space
- kitchenettes and tea points
- meeting rooms
- recreational areas and break-out spaces
BUILDERS CLEAN
A builders clean removes dust, dirt and debris during and towards the end of an active project, as our clients work towards handover.
Our process is dependant on the scope of works. However, a builders clean may include:
- remove dust, dirt and debris from all surfaces including walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and fittings
- clean all touch points including switches, plug sockets and ironmongery
- wipe down timber finishes such as skirtings, architraves, doors and joinery
- clean interior and exterior windows and glazed partitions
- tidy up and remove the necessary mastic, grout, paint, or other mess from the final finishes
- thorough clean of bathrooms and sanitary ware
- deep clean of kitchenettes, tea points, and catering facilities
- general carpet cleaning
- sweeping, vacuuming and mopping of any hard floor finishes
