METHOD

We start by vacuuming the floor to remove any excess dust and debris, followed by applying our favoured multi-purpose degreasing product to the raised access floor panels.

The degreaser breaks down glue quickly, ensuring we work efficiently by eliminating the need for waiting time.

We are experienced in making accurate assessments of a job’s requirements. As a result, we use floor buffing machines appropriate to the job size (push along or ride on) with buffing pads most suitable to the thickness of the glue (green or black pads).

The slurry is then mopped away and disposed of. Finally, the cleaned floor is polished using red pads to ensure a shiny finish is achieved.

Let us assess your needs

We believe an informed and accurate assessment of not only the scope of works, but the main contractor’s method of project delivery, is the first critical step in ensuring we deliver work of an exceptional standard. We tailor our work to suit your needs and working style. By understanding the job requirements inside-out, we are able to use the appropriate products and equipment from the get-go, guaranteeing a smooth start.

Remaining flexible throughout the job enables us to respond quickly when the scope of works, or a deadline, changes. Both our site and office teams are proactive communicators, and we have operatives on standby if the need for increased labour ever arises.

“I can’t sing their praises highly enough, price wise they’re where we need them to be and the cleaners are second to none.

Use them and see for yourselves, it’ll make your life very easy on handover day!”
