BUILDERS CLEAN

A builders clean removes dust, dirt and debris during and towards the end of an active project, as our clients work towards handover.

 

SPARKLE CLEAN

Sparkle cleans take place after an initial builders clean. It wipes away any airborne dust that has resettled and removes any mess made by other trades completing their snag list.

WELFARE CLEAN

Welfare cleaning supports an active building site in maintaining clean and hygienic welfare and site office facilities, and a health and safety compliant workspace.

SURFACE CLEAN

The de-tackification of raised access floor (RAF) tiles is a specialist service, which supports the practice of recycling existing RAF tiles by removing carpet tackifier.
